Introducing our 2025+ Toyota 4Runner Tubular Control Arms. These arms are designed to maintain correct geometry as well as provide better ride quality and additional travel.
When lifting your Toyota 4Runner, the factory upper control arms are one of the first components to fail. Stock arms suffer from poor geometry, reduced strength, and over-articulation that puts unnecessary stress on ball joints and bushings. Peak Suspension engineered a solution designed to deliver correct geometry, maximum strength, and maintenance-free performance for serious off-road use.

Installation Guide:
Optimized Geometry for Lifted 4Runners: Our tubular chromoly upper control arms are built with increased caster and re-positioned pivot angles to restore proper alignment and suspension travel after a lift. This correction improves straight-line stability, enhances cornering, and ensures your 4Runner handles predictably both on and off the trail.
High-Strength Uniball Design: Weak OE ball joints are replaced with 1” stainless steel ProBearing uniballs, offering unmatched articulation, steering precision, and durability under heavy loads. This upgrade ensures your 4Runner can tackle rough terrain, technical rock crawling, or high-speed desert runs with confidence.
Dual Durometer Bushing Technology: At the inner pivots, we’ve incorporated our latest dual durometer bushing system. Featuring a bonded rubber outer layer with a composite core and inner sleeve, this advanced design:
➜ Absorbs vibration and trail chatter for a smoother ride
➜ Eliminates noise, squeaks, and harsh feedback
➜ Provides a quiet, maintenance-free solution – no greasing required
Peak Quality & Durability
➜ Constructed from high-strength chromoly steel
➜ Finished with Peak’s signature powdercoat for corrosion resistance
➜ Preassembled for an easy bolt-on installation
➜ Designed, tested, and manufactured in the USA

➜ Peak Suspension provides a Limited Lifetime warranty to the original purchaser/owner of the vehicle on which the product was originally installed for defects in material and workmanship on products manufactured by Peak Suspension. However, due to the nature of some suspension components, some products are subject to normal wear and tear and therefore the Limited Lifetime warranty does not apply to those items. Shock absorbers, coil springs, leaf springs, bushings, and heim joints are all considered wearable items and do not fall under this coverage.
➜ Peak Suspension shocks are considered a Wearable Item and carry a limited one-year warranty. The shock absorber has a one-year warranty against any manufacturer’s defects. If a shock fails within the initial year of ownership, the shock must be shipped to Peak Suspension for inspection and service/replacement. If a shock is inspected and it has been determined the shock failed due to neglect, damage caused by improper installation or any other reason besides a defect in the manufacturing, the owner of said shock is responsible for all service costs. This includes labor, parts, and shipping.
