RETURNS MADE EASY
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return most new, unused items for a full refund.
- Items must be in original condition, with packaging and all components.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.

- Our Fault? We cover the return shipping if the item is incorrect, damaged, or defective.
- Changed your mind? You’re responsible for return shipping costs.

SPECIAL & CUSTOM PRODUCTS
Some products are final sale:
- Made-to-order, customized, special-order items, gift cards, final sale or clearance items may not be eligible for return.
REFUND PROCESSING
- Once your return is received and approved, we’ll process your refund within 3–5 business days.

You’ll receive an email confirmation once the refund is issued.
ADDITIONAL NOTES
- Returns received beyond 30 days may not be accepted or may be subject to a restocking fee.
- Installed or used items cannot be returned unless defective.

Returns missing components or damaged due to improper packaging may be denied or partially refunded.
- We try to avoid them, but sometimes we have to apply a restocking fee based on supplier terms. A representative will advise on eligibility and the next steps during the exchange process.
