Shipping Policy

We aim to ship your order efficiently and with care,  and to keep you informed every step of the way.

WHERE WE SHIP

  • We ship to the Continental U.S., with special-order availability for Hawaii, Canada, Puerto Rico, and Guam.
  • We do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses or U.S. territories beyond those listed.

PROCESSING TIME

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days for in-stock items.
  • Custom or made-to-order items may take longer — lead times are clearly listed on product pages.
  • During sales and holiday events, processing may take longer due to volume.

SHIPPING METHODS

  • We use UPS, FedEx, USPS, and freight partners depending on item size and shipping location.
  • Some freight shipments require hub pick-up — customers are responsible for any additional fees if the item is not retrieved.

SHIPPING CHARGES

  • Calculated at checkout.
  • Orders shipping to Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, Canada and Guam may include extra surcharges, communicated during checkout or by email.
  • International customers are responsible for customs duties and import taxes.

TRACKING

  • Tracking information is provided by email once your order ships.
  • If your order is split into multiple shipments, you’ll receive separate tracking numbers.

SHIPPING ADDRESS ISSUES

  • Please confirm your shipping address before placing your order.
  • Once the order is processed or shipped, changes may not be possible.
  • Packages returned due to incorrect addresses may incur re-shipping charges.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

  • Yota Force is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as “delivered” by the carrier.
  • Contact the carrier first, then email us and we’ll do our best to help.

DAMAGED GOODS

  • If your order is damaged, please notify us within 3 days of delivery.
  • If damage is visible during delivery, refuse the shipment.
  • Include photos of the damage, the packaging, and your order number.
  • We’ll help you file a claim with the carrier, but final approval is subject to the carrier's process. link

SHIPPING LIMITATIONS

  • No shipping to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or unauthorized freight forwarders.
