Upgrade your 2010–2024 Toyota 4Runner with a durable rear hatch ladder built for roof access, overland storage, and trail-ready gear mounting. This 5th Gen 4Runner rear hatch ladder gives you a secure way to access roof racks, rooftop tents, cargo boxes, recovery gear, MAXTRAX, traction boards, and camping equipment.
Built with a 16-gauge steel top mounting plate, 10-gauge steel bottom mount, and 3/16-inch aluminum side rails and steps, this ladder is designed to stay lightweight while delivering serious strength for off-road use. The full ladder is finished in black powder coat for a clean, rugged look that matches 4Runner overland and trail builds.
Built for Roof Access, Gear Mounting, and Trail Use: This ladder requires drilling for a more secure installation compared to clamp-style ladder designs. All mounting hardware is included, and the install is estimated at 1–2 hours. Optional MOLLE panels are sold separately and can be added for extra gear mounting, giving you space to attach RotopaX, recovery gear, and other MOLLE-compatible accessories.
