The Mishimoto Performance Aluminum Radiator replaces the stock plastic unit with a fully TIG-welded aluminum design that eliminates weak points and provides reliable performance under tough conditions. A uniquely engineered mounting bracket system, proven through internal vibration testing, delivers exceptional resistance to chassis flex and off-road abuse.
Internal strutted tubes strengthen the core to prevent fatigue over time while a 46% increase in core volume and 23% greater fluid capacity improve heat dissipation and overall cooling efficiency. The built-in 7-row stacked plate transmission cooler outperforms the stock tube-style design, providing superior control of transmission temperatures when towing, off-roading, or running heavier aftermarket parts.
Every detail is crafted for long-term reliability. The increased coolant capacity improves thermal stability, while the magnetic drain plug captures debris to help protect the cooling system.
