When lifting your 2024+ Toyota Tacoma, stock upper control arms quickly become a weak link. The factory arms are prone to over-articulation, which compromises suspension geometry, reduces strength, and accelerates wear on ball joints and bushings. At Peak Suspension, we engineered a solution: our Chromoly Upper Control Arms, designed specifically to correct alignment, maximize strength, and deliver unmatched off-road performance. Unlike traditional bushings that require constant greasing, our arms utilize dual durometer bushings.

Features
Precision Geometry & Handling: Our control arms are engineered with increased caster and optimized pivot angles, which correct alignment after a suspension lift and significantly reduce stress on joints. The result is more predictable handling, improved high-speed stability, and longer service life—even under aggressive off-road use.
Uniball Strength & Durability: Replacing the weak factory ball joints, we integrate a 1” stainless steel ProBearing uniball for superior articulation and strength. This upgrade provides smoother suspension travel and confidence over uneven terrain, ensuring your Tacoma can handle technical trails, rock crawling, and high-speed desert runs.
The advanced bushings combine: Rubber outer layer – absorbs small bumps, vibrations, and harsh feedback from the trail. Composite inner core with steel sleeve – maintains strength, quiet operation, and ensures a maintenance-free lifespan.
Pre-Assembled & Bolt-On Installation: Each set comes preassembled with high-grade hardware and Peak’s signature powdercoat finish for corrosion resistance. Installation is completely bolt-on, requiring no cutting or welding.

Warranty
➜ Peak Suspension provides a Limited Lifetime warranty to the original purchaser/owner of the vehicle on which the product was originally installed for defects in material and workmanship on products manufactured by Peak Suspension. However, due to the nature of some suspension components, some products are subject to normal wear and tear and therefore the Limited Lifetime warranty does not apply to those items. Shock absorbers, coil springs, leaf springs, bushings, and heim joints are all considered wearable items and do not fall under this coverage.
➜ Peak Suspension shocks are considered a Wearable Item and carry a limited one-year warranty. The shock absorber has a one-year warranty against any manufacturer’s defects. If a shock fails within the initial year of ownership, the shock must be shipped to Peak Suspension for inspection and service/replacement. If a shock is inspected and it has been determined the shock failed due to neglect, damage caused by improper installation or any other reason besides a defect in the manufacturing, the owner of said shock is responsible for all service costs. This includes labor, parts, and shipping.
