The upTOP Overland KILO 6th Gen 4Runner Roof Rack is a lightweight, low-profile aluminum rack designed for the 2025+ 4Runner. It offers a sleek, no-drill fit that follows your factory roof line while providing a rugged platform for your gear.
It should be USEFUL. There are a few mainstays that you need to take with you on your adventure. Being able to transport those items safely shouldn’t be a hassle.
It should be ADAPTABLE. Expanding the capabilities of your roof rack as you push further off the grid should be simple. Light bars, scenePODS, and grab handles are easy to install when you decide it’s time to add them.
It should be AFFORDABLE. With thoughtful design, carefully selected materials, and efficient manufacturing practices, we can produce a roof rack in which everyone can see value.

➜ Compatible with factory sunroof.
➜ Your Kilo roof rack has our proprietary adaptive wind screen that can be assembled with or without a light bar at any time and provides a noise free experience in either configuration.
➜ If you want to mount an upTOP 38" light bar or any single row light bar up to 40" you will need to purchase an upTOP Universal Light Bar mounting kit that can be found under the "Additional Products" tab. Additionally, this rack is compatible with Baja Designs 6 LP4's, Baja Designs 6 LP6's, Diode Dynamics SS5 (QTY 6), and the Baja Designs 6 unit XL Linkable.

Drilling: Not only do you NOT have to drill any holes, but the rack can be assembled on the vehicle by yourself in under an hour with basic hand tools. The 5G 4Runner kilo roof rack will come with a drill bit and the proper hardware needed if you choose to drill the front two feet.
Specs
➜ All Kilo roof racks will safely carry and transport 250 pounds when the vehicle is moving (dynamic) and 850 pounds when the vehicle is stopped (static)when weight loads are properly secured and evenly distributed by the user. Dynamic weight rating is for trail use.
➜ All Kilo roof racks sit level just above your factory shark fin antenna to protect the antenna from damage while keeping the additional height at or under .375” (9.5mm).
