Warranty and Return Policy: Ecoological strives to supply products that you'll love. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be entitled to return a product within 30 days of receiving your order. The product must be in new condition, including red backing not removed and include original packaging (specifically parts in plastic bags and packaging material included), all parts and paperwork. Ecoological does not accept returns of used products or products returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Warranty
WARRANTY CLAIM TYPES
Because our products vary in design, warranty claims are handled in one of two ways depending on the item purchased:
Type A: Replaceable Components (Roof Visor) For products where the light modules are designed to be removable, Ecoological will ship a replacement light pod to the customer. Action Required: The customer unbolts the defective light and installs the new one. The main housing (Visor) stays on the truck.
Type B: Integrated Systems For products where the lighting is permanently integrated, sealed, or bonded into the accessory, Ecoological will replace the entire unit. Action Required: Due to the bonded nature of these products, a full replacement of the spoiler or applique is required. Ecoological will provide the replacement unit; however, we do not cover the cost of body shop labor, removal, or re-installation.
