CANCELLATION POLICY: Orders may be canceled before shipment by contacting our customer service department at 1-800-858-3333 or 1-951-826-4000.  Our orders usually ship within a day therefore you must call as soon as possible to cancel the order before it is shipped.  Please do not request cancellations by e-mail or fax.

RETURN/REFUND POLICY: If your package arrives damaged, save all packaging material for the shippers inspection.  Please call our customer service department as soon as possible at 800-858-3333 or 951-826-4000 to report the damage and we will schedule a reshipment.  We must submit your claim to the shipper within 3 days.  The shipper will inspect and pick up the damaged merchandise and return it to K&N.  K&N will accept returns within 30 days of purchase for refund as long as the item is unused and a return authorization number has been issued. Returns will not be accepted without a return authorization number. No collect shipments will be accepted.
