➜ Cancellation Policy: Orders may be canceled before shipment by contacting our customer service department at 1-800-858-3333. Our orders usually ship within a day therefore you must call as soon as possible to cancel the order before it is shipped. Please do not request cancellations by e-mail or fax.
➜ 30-Days Return Policy: If your package arrives damaged, save all packaging material for the shippers inspection. Please call our customer service department as soon as possible at 800-858-3333 to report the damage and we will schedule a reshipment. We must submit your claim to the shipper within 3 days. The shipper will inspect and pick up the damaged merchandise and return it to K&N. K&N will accept returns within 30 days of purchase for refund as long as the item is unused and a return authorization number has been issued. Returns, other than those that are due to a factory defect are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded. All refunds will be credited to the credit card used in the transaction. Properly pack, insure, and ship your return by ground prepaid. We will refund your return ground shipping charges if the reason for the return is due to our mistake.
