Carven Exhaust Inc provides a 100-year warranty on all products against manufacturer's defects such as broken/cracked welds, broken flex pipes, broken hangers, pinholes, or mis-manufactured components. If you encounter any issues with your Carven Exhaust product, please submit a warranty request by emailing photos or videos to Warranty@carvenexhaust.com . Our team will review and approve the warranty claim, and a replacement part will be issued after completion of the review process, which typically takes 1-2 business days.

Please note that this warranty does not cover damages to the product's finish or any products that have been altered, modified, improperly installed, or repaired by an unauthorized service facility. The purchaser is responsible for any fees associated with the shipment of replacement parts. ➜ Refund Policy: Returns to Carven Exhaust Inc only apply if purchased from the www.carvenexhaust.com online store. Carven Exhaust offers a 30 day return on all products that are unused and in original packaging. The 30 day limit begins as soon as the order has shipped. Purchasers are responsible for shipping returned product back to Carven Exhaust Inc on all returns excluding warranty claims. Returns of Carven Exhaust products outside of 30 days from the shipping date, will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
