Returns/Exchanges will only be accepted if initiated within 15 days of the original invoice date. A 25% Restocking Fee applies to all returns/exchanges and the product(s) must repacked in their original packaging and be in new, sellable, condition. Shipping is non-refundable and any product(s) purchased with Free Shipping will have standard ground shipping fees deducted from the refund in addition to the 25% Restocking Fee. Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the items back to us. Refunds will only be offered if we have received the product back within 30 days of the original invoice date. If the product is not received within 30 days of the original invoice date an account credit will be issued instead of a refund. Refunds/Exchanges are only processed after inspection by our staff which may take up to 14 days.
