Purchase & Return Policy: If the reason for the return is a fault of ours (damaged product, production error, wrong product shipped) we will issue you a return label and we will take care of the freight cost. We retain the right to request photos/videos as evidence of the issue. If the reason for the return is that you have changed your mind or ordered incorrectly, but have not installed the product yet, you will bear the return shipping costs and may be subjected to a restocking fee. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (in the event that we provide you with the return label). If the product has already been installed, we are unable to accommodate the return request.
All goods must be returned in new/undamaged/unfitted condition in original packaging. Buyer must ensure goods are packaged well as not to be damaged in return freight. Items will be inspected before refund is processed. Original shipping costs (if applicable for your original order) are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
